All glasses available in our warehouses are shipped over 1/2 working days from the date of order.
If the items are not available in stock, the waiting times will be communicated by e-mail. The timing is indicative and may vary depending on the availability of our supplier.

Prices
The prices published on our website for a country belonging to the European Union are understood to include the VAT rate.
The prices posted on our website for a non-EU country are not inclusive of VAT.
The price of the item must be added to the shipping costs for the destination location.

The discount codes cannot be cumulable with each other in the face of a single purchase.

Taxes and customs charges

Deliveries in a non-EU country may be subject to customs duties and charges; These taxes do not depend on Occhiali4you.it but from the customs of the country of destiny.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

the law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;

the purchased Product (s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);

the transport costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer;

the Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the site owner will refund the customer the full amount already paid, including delivery costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for the Return of the Products, which will be charged to the Customer.

Packing and deliveries
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using a suitable packaging that allows to protect the goods from any impact and ensuring a good thermal insulation.
In case of breakage or tampering of the package please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

You can send your purchases to a different address from your residence, just indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.

All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulations, cannot leave the parcels unattended at the entrance of your house. We advise you to report an address where the courier can find someone who can sign and withdraw the parcel.

It is possible to know the status of the shipment directly on the official sites of the courier by entering the number of letter of carriage (tracking number), received in the e-mail of dispatch. Shipments can be monitored after 24/48 hours after receiving the email

Guarantees
Occhiali4you.it assures the quality and authenticity of the products sold.
All the glasses are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality foreseen by European regulations (D.L. N ° 46 of 24/02/1997-D. M. 180 of 04/05/1998), and where provided by the Certificate of Authenticity and originality of the product issued by the house Producer.

All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the case of proven malfunction of the article, the warranty may provide for the replacement or repair of the item.
Damage caused by a bad or improper use is not guaranteed.
Please note that Occhiali4you.it is not liable for direct or indirect damages to persons or things consequent to the malfunctioning of the products.

If you have any problems and complaints about the products or service, please send us an e-mail at info@occhiali4you.it, we will respond to you within 24/48 hours from the first working day following your request.

Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday from 9:30 hours to 12:30 hours and Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:30 (Central European Time) except during national holidays, the closing of the offices will be notified in advance.
